How It Works

  • You’ll speak directly with a provider to discuss your goals, challenges, and whether advanced diagnostics and optimization are right for you. This is a no-pressure, educational call to see what’s possible when you align your performance with your biology.

  • Elixium orders a comprehensive blood panel that includes hormone levels, inflammation markers, micronutrients, and more. You can get tested on-site at HUMN or through a mobile lab visit. The process is quick, and the results are foundational to your plan.

  • Once your labs are complete, you’ll sit down with your Elixium provider to review your health data in plain English. You’ll walk away with a personalized roadmap, clear next steps, and education that helps you take control of your health.

  • Your provider may recommend lifestyle adjustments, supplements, and/or coaching - all tailored to your goals. Your care plan is designed to integrate seamlessly with your HUMN training and recovery. You’re supported every step of the way with check-ins and adjustments.
